Terms of sale and use

These terms govern the purchase and use of the Clinic Curve guide and toolkit (the "Products") from this website, operated by the founders of SK Clinic ("we", "us").

1. The products

The Products are digital publications delivered as downloadable files. The Guide is a 330 page PDF, October 2026 edition. The Toolkit is a set of working documents. Delivery is instant via the success page and email after payment.

2. License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Products within your own clinic or business. You may share them with your own team. You may not resell, republish, redistribute, or use the Products to create competing products.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable US sales tax and EU VAT are calculated and collected automatically at checkout. The founding price applies to the first 100 Guide purchases and ends automatically when the 100th purchase completes.

4. Delivery and refunds

The Products are delivered immediately after payment. By purchasing you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose any statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. Sales of delivered digital products are final; see the refund policy for what to do if delivery fails.
